To order any of the tests listed below, please email the office and include your full name, mailing address, and phone number.
Within 3 business days, you will receive an invoice by email. Once payment is received, your test order will be placed and shipped directly to the mailing address provided. Test kits are typically received within 3–7 days of payment receipt.

If your test requires a blood draw, a referral will be provided so you can arrange the blood draw in the Greater Montreal area. If outside of this area, you will need to make your own arrangements.

Important Instructions
Stop the challenge as soon as symptoms occur. Do not continue increasing the dose after symptoms are experienced.
