Relevant test results may also be reviewed, possible contributing factors explored, and priorities for care identified. Recommendations are personalized and may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplementation, further testing, and other naturopathic approaches, depending on the case.
Yes. Functional medicine lab testing involves advanced testing that goes beyond standard blood work to provide a more detailed view of underlying physiological patterns. While conventional testing is often used to identify disease or determine whether markers fall within standard reference ranges, functional testing can help uncover imbalances, contributing factors, and potential root causes behind ongoing symptoms. Depending on the case, these tests may assess areas such as hormones, gut health, nutrient status, metabolism, immune function, and other key systems.

Payment is completed online by Visa, Mastercard, or e-transfer. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice, which is sent following the scheduled appointment, except in the case of a discovery call, where prepayment is required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time; otherwise, the full appointment fee applies. Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled at 3 to 24 week intervals, depending on the individual case and protocol.
Yes. The invoice provided following your appointment includes the appropriate information and may be submitted directly to your insurance provider, where applicable.
