Hi! A bit about myself … I’m a trusted naturopath with over 20 years of clinical experience dedicated to helping people feel better with a personalized plan that actually makes sense.
My mission is to help each patient answer the question, “Health, but how?” through attentive, whole-person care that combines root-cause investigation with evidence-based functional medicine.
Oh yeah, I’m also a frequent guest speaker, mom to 2 awesome rays of sunshine, a partner, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a fellow seeker, and a capoeirista.
