Yes. Care is offered to individuals of all genders and ages, with recommendations tailored to each person’s unique health history, concerns, goals, and stage of life.

The initial consultation is a comprehensive visit designed to gain a thorough understanding of your health history, current concerns, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and goals. Relevant test results may also be reviewed, possible contributing factors explored, and priorities for care identified. Recommendations are personalized and may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplementation, further testing, and other naturopathic approaches, depending on the case.

Yes. Functional medicine lab testing involves advanced testing that goes beyond standard blood work to provide a more detailed view of underlying physiological patterns. While conventional testing is often used to identify disease or determine whether markers fall within standard reference ranges, functional testing can help uncover imbalances, contributing factors, and potential root causes behind ongoing symptoms. Depending on the case, these tests may assess areas such as hormones, gut health, nutrient status, metabolism, immune function, and other key systems.

Both are available. Appointments may be offered either in person or by video conference, depending on the nature of the visit and individual preferences.
