All visits are conducted virtually, providing flexible and convenient access to care that can easily be integrated into your schedule.

Yes. Naturopathic medicine can often be used alongside conventional medical care. Treatment recommendations are tailored to your individual needs and take into account any treatments, medications, or supplements you may be taking. Your safety is a priority, and potential interactions are carefully reviewed to help ensure your treatment plan is safe and appropriate.

Please have copies of any recent laboratory results, imaging reports, a list of your current medications and supplements (including doses if possible), and any other relevant medical records available for your appointment.

The number of visits varies depending on your health concerns and goals. Most patients are encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment about 6 weeks after their initial visit. This allows us to check in on your progress, review any test results, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Ongoing follow-up care is personalized and will depend on your health goals, treatment plan, and individual needs.

Many extended health benefit plans include coverage for naturopathic services. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance company regarding your specific benefits.

To respect the time reserved for your care and accommodate other patients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

If you are a new patient, please book an Initial Naturopathic Consultation. If you have already had an initial visit, please select a Follow-Up Appointment. If you are unsure which option is best, please contact the clinic and we would be happy to help.
